Michael Messinger, ESQ. Broker
Michael Messinger was born in Houston, Texas. He attended Baylor University where he graduated early, with honors, while working and playing soccer. From there, he enrolled in Syracuse University College of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. He passed three bar exams on the first attempt and is a member of the bar in North Carolina, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Following a prestigious clerkship, he distinguished himself as a talented litigator representing the rights of both plaintiffs and defendants. This litigation experience provides him with a unique perspective and uncanny ability to spot the pitfalls and problems that land parties to an ambiguous contract in the courtroom. Moreover, his experience negotiating the settlement of millions of dollars-worth of claims serves him well when faced with a Lease or Purchase Agreement that does not fully meet his client’s needs. Michael recently received his real estate license and has been representing buyers and sellers in leasing and purchase agreements for MedSouth ever since. He and his wife Lindsay live in Charlotte. Michael coaches the JV Boys Tennis Team at Charlotte Country Day School. He also tutors students for the North Carolina bar exam. He enjoys golf, soccer, tennis, and working on his house.
